In nice areas taxes are higher and more money goes to the schools.Simple as that. Guess what! There are govt. programs for that as well. Welfare is any entitlement program that is funded by taxes this would include social security, retirement insurance, widow’s benefits, disability insurance, food stamps , medicaid, medicare,housing subsidies, veterans’benefits, etc. Any objective person who looks at the data would see that whites are the majority of people on welfare. I saw the U.S census data and whites are 42% and blacks are 34% on food stamps even if you inculde all the welfare programs whites are the majority.
