Merry Christmas, Marta! Yes, California's death wish continues; they wanted to make new cars cost so much money in their state that only Hollywood and beverly Hills could afford them. EPA rolled their eyes and said "No." Just like their pledge to lower their state carbon emissions by 25%: they can't possibly do it without driving 25% of their businesses away, but they'll throw themselves $20 billion in debt again trying. Thanks for doing Putin again, it IS a great accent! :)
