Aww <3 Not my OTP for either of them, but still a cute pairing nonetheless~ And for everyone who's asking about the whole seme-uke thing, I'd think Feli would be the seme. The facts are Italy is not shy about affection and things like kissing and hugging. Kiku on the other hand is extremely shy, timid, and blushes at the slightest things. Japan can be strong, I'm not saying he isn't (I cosplay as Russia, and Japan) but affection-comfort wise Italy beats him.
