I can't really remember but after killing the dwarves and hydra at the forest. You will be able to go to Water Dragon Isle, you will see the fairies there all attacked or killed by the dwarves.

When you fight your way down, make sure you do it fast, such that the fairy on the ground doesn't die. Complete it and somewhere sometime someplace I can't remember, you'll get Raz-flower wand and the tech later.

thats completly wrong

1st dont take her to the hydra battle

2nd when you go to water dragon isle kill evry daworf and stand around for like 3 mins then defeat the hi-ho tank

3rd rosseta will be dead and she will unjoin your party for about 30 secs then rejoin

finaly after the whole reality thing as linx go back to the dragon isle in the world rosseta is still alive and talk to her... and you FINALY get the tech
