He made a good point tho cuz Vince sure enough did rip off that angle when Undertaker did it to Stone Cold and that was only a few months before Kurt Angle debuted in the company.
@Antrizzle2009 even though a crucifixtion is a crucifixtion, the way wwe did it is without the barbed wire and blood, ecw did it with the blood and barbed wire
@julianannon I guess my point was that Kurt Angle couldn't have been that disturbed by it while he was in WWE. I think he just used that as an excuse not to go to that company, which I don't have a problem with but the holier than thou attitude he had was b.s.
@Antrizzle2009 I've accually heard angle didn't have that big of a problem, that Taz was the one with a big problem and sence they were planing on doing a big "amature background" storyline with them which would have been cool. It wouldn't shock me if angle was offered more money by the WWF at the 11th hour and was just looking for a way out
@satanichrist666 Ok but why did he threaten to sue ECW then if they ever showed footage of him there? I guess he could have been using that as leverage but still. Besides, he didn't officially sign with WWF until '98, almost two full years after this incident. In fact the first time they offered him a contract he declined.
@Antrizzle2009 To be fair he said that he was gonna sue them on a dvd the WWE did on ECW while he was under contract with WWE. Sandman and Raven have said different and its interesting that niether were interview on said dvd and paul never commented on it in the DVD.

Just in case everyone is wondering, sandman was talking about Jake "The snake" Roberts at the start of the video.
