  • I was there, courtesy of a ticket that had been awarded to the Thurrock Branch of the Essex Referees Society. I don't recall a lot of the match itself, but remember the zoom-packed crowd in attendance.

  • was at game and followed wolves for years remember city players refused to shake hands after game this was a big upset city were huge favourites, wolves had excellent team but failed to replace and bring in new faces towards end of some players careers,wagstaffe / richards /parkin / daley/were memorable players and should have had dozens of england caps each.great football.
