HI there, if you don't believe it's Hubbards words, then perhaps another way for you to check the facts on this would be to look at some of the court cases regarding people who put Sci docs on the internet. Scientology is for the highly suggestible, i could understand falling for a religion that dawned ages ago, or since the beginning of known time, but a religion that started when we had voice recorders and cameras, coming from a guy with an obviously big imagination, its right up there with the Mormon religion. reminds me of john Edwards and his believers. but there's worse shit out there, so it doesn't really matter to me. praise Xenu ;)

HI there, if you don't believe it's Hubbards words, then perhaps another way for you to check the facts on this would be to look at some of the court cases regarding people who put Sci docs on the internet. I believe that Sci had to say in court that they were correct, or they had no case. From what I remember they verified up to OT VI, but not OT VII. The Xenu story is OTIII

Last year I was living in Japan. I saw a load of scientologists in Ikebukuro trying to test people and hand out literature. Thing is, none of them could speak Japanese and all the literature was in English. No one knew who they were or what they were doing. People seemed to think they were street performers or charity workers.

I agree to some extent, except that it's easier to buy Christianity's bullshit just because it's so popular and has been around for so long. That's the only fundamental difference, near as I can tell. One group believes in ghosts and zombies, the other believes in aliens and alien ghosts.

I have to agree that the books are hard to read. I'm doing the Basics and the Dianetics book is the first. You need to clear your words and you should be fine. A better book to first read would be The Way to Happiness. :)

They believe our "human bodies" evolved and that all of our behaviors are influenced from all the animals we used to be, dinosaurs, clams, etc. They are suggesting however, that the reason we are so self-destructive is that we have depressed alien souls trapped inside of us.
