I'm 13 and I have this case...it works for me since I don't drive and all I carry is cash and my debit card. It works for me but I just don't like the non-lay-on-the-table design
@upturnedkangaroo I have never had to show my ID when I use my credit/debit card. I don't know why he has to show his ID all the time. We do have to sign for most transactions tho.
@upturnedkangaroo Not all the time, but in some cities like Las Vegas, or even specific stores, you always have to show ID. Regardless, you still need your drivers license to drive, which I think was the main point.
I'm not gonna lie, phone + case thickness is really not going to dictate my purchases. In all honesty, I want a phone to have some heft to it so I know it's still there.
@ThatSnazzyiPhoneGuy Ah, I see. I think it's quite a good system, when it works. And hey, thanks for suggesting the Klipsch earphones to me (I emailed you about it a few weeks ago). I got them for £54 on Amazon, and they usually run for about £85 - they're great!
this case isn't labelled as a case that offers a lot of protection, not a good product reveiw if you're reviewing it on things it doesn't say that it does.. thats like reviewing an iphone 3gs case and saying " hmm well yeah it doesn't fit the 4 so im going to mark it down"
Hey Quinn,When i saw this video i instantly thought "oh yeh,A new case from SE" then upon watching,First impressions gave me a card case,What's so special,Casemate & Speck have them already,But then watching further i see that this has the potential to be improved in time 1 or 2 things that draw my attention, how sharp the edges look & feel,Kind of reminds me of the Nude ?,The second,I don't know anyone who carries 1 card around, let alone on the back of the iphone,Fantastic Review BTW !!
Do you guys not have Chip & PIN in America? We haven't had to sign for either credit or debit cards in years (unless it's a really old fashioned shop with no Chip & PIN terminal).
@tombomdoodle Chips and RFID haven't really popularized here. As for PIN, yes we do, but that's with debit charges. Many times terminals will run debit as credit and often times requires something to be signed.
@tombomdoodle Canada uses Pin and Chip cards, however folks, if you have a credit card in Canada, with a chip on it, put it in backwards, then swipe, and you just bypassed the pin option, just throwing it out there. This does not work on debit cards in Canada, as you have to be using a debit card from the same bank as the machine.
@tombomdoodle i think this case is for NFC. A case like this will be great for Barclaycard's contact less payment method for those who don't have nfc in there phones. Its a UK case
The thickness just doesn't make sense, they could have designed it so that the card/s just slid against the back of the iPhone. It wouldn't have been able to scratch it and could have been so much slimmer.
Actually this would be a great hit in London for the Oyster Card for travelling on the Tube. A lot of people either have them in their wallets or in a card wallet. I think a lot of people would love this as they almost never forget their phone and a large majority have their phone in their hand already when travelling through the turnstile.
not feelin this case. but i do like the lil switcheasy icon pushing the card out. how about the Speck Card Case? its suuper thick but, it fits 3 cards, and Speck always has great protection no?
You do not have to show ID when making a credit card transaction your signature must match the one on the back of the card. They can only ask for ID if they think it is a case of Fraud or if you have wrote "see ID" on the back of the card.
And the fact that you shouldn't keep your cards next to (especially that close) to your mobile phone as it often de-magnetizes them and they stop working. It's happened to me numerous times :(
@EmDoubleYooToo Yeah, I had no time to setup how I usually do as I was in a rush. So it was this, or no review. It will be corrected in future videos.
@ThatSnazzyiPhoneGuy wow a very professional answer to a criticizing comment, i respect you fro not being an asshole and straight up blocking him or something
@TechhMann Eh, I suppose that's a possibility. I'll risk jeopardizing my relationship with a company before I'll publish a falsified or unscrupulous review. If a product is bad, I'm going to let my viewership know.
@ThatSnazzyiPhoneGuy and this is why I've subscribed to you and I'm sure others will as well, i hate when people give good review to shit products just cuz the company sent them for free!!!
i think this one is more aim at the high school kids, i my self is one and although i agreed with you with the bulk 100%, as a teenager, my friends and i really only carry 1 card (debit card) but maybe thats just me =) awesome review btw

I love how you inflate the complexity of taking the card out.
It's so hard to turn it over.
Then move a button.
And then take the card out.
Gripsock 2 months ago 2
well the bulk is what you should expect. its a wallet and a case but you can only hold one card.
StealthyPotatoes 3 months ago in playlist More videos from ThatSnazzyiPhoneGuy
I'd be okay with the thickness of the case even though it lacks protection if it held 3 or more cards. Only one seems ridiculous.
