If christians want to get real respect then they need to just go up to people on an individual basis and witness to people during their daily walk of like. This "jesus freak" demonstration means nothing.
to gloryboundkev -Catholics have been proclaiming Jesus the Christ is Lord and God since the first century. The rituals are in the Bible -- baptism Jesus himself baptised, Confirmation -- born again - proclaiming Jesus Christ is God himself 1 John 2:23) The Eucharist in the mass - the passover supper "this is my body do this in rememberance of me" Luke 22:19-20 Mt 26: 26-28 Mark 14: 22-24 In the Mass the Lords prayer Our Father who art in Heaven...
In response to flameboy1236 -- the New Jerusalem Bible states for Luke 11:28 "But he replied, More Blessed still are those who hear the word of God and keep it.'"
Fellow Catholics watch out for those who change the words of the Bible to fit their own ends. In this case he just changes a few words to give the impression that Jesus was denying the fact that his mother was blessed and that he had a special place in his heart for her.
As Jesus was saying these things, a woman in the crowd called out, "Blessed is the mother who gave you birth and nursed you." But He replied, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it." Luke 11:27-28
look out for "gloryboundkev" who seems to start out quite reasonable but then misrepresents what Catholics believe.
I clicked onto his link and it is a load of unsubstantiated rubbish.
"The Pope is the anit-christ ...the President is his puppet .... the end of the world is 7 years after some United Nations resolution agreed in 2008 = 2015."
Sorry Kev if you believe this rubbish you are not glory bound but probably quite mad.
"I hunger for the bread of God, the flesh of Jesus Christ....I long to drink of his Blood. the gift of unending love." Ignatius of Antioch. People who try and deny the real presence need to go back and read the early bishops, and martyrs, who were taught by the Apostles. It cannot be any clearer than that.
They didn't carry Jesus in their hands - they carried a bit of bread. The people didn't see Jesus in the monstrance, they saw only a bit of bread there.
However, I am sure they sincerely carried Jesus in their hearts, and in their hearts people saw him.
@RadicalWhig but in like manner as Jesus Christ our savior, having been made flesh by the Word of God had both flesh and blood for our salvation, so likewise have we been taught that the food which is blessed by the prayer of His word, and from which our flesh and blood by transmutation are nourished, is the flesh and blood of Jesus who was made flesh. Justin Martyr. If you disagree go argue with the 12 Apostles, Paul and the first bishops of the early church.
so don't get me wrong, this film is great but isn't the thing the guy is holding (I'm sorry for not knowing the name but the thing that looks like the sun) sort of like an idol, which we have been commanded not to worship, regardless of if it is representing our Lord
@djbummy16 the answer is in the description. no it is not an idol and thats a priest. no because the Consecrated host is not a representation of Our Lord but is Our Lord. read John chapter 6.

the truth of the universe is not as cut and dry as religion makes it out to be. Once you realize you are god, and you were keeping the truth from yourself you will walk through to the other side.
Wednesday I attended Mass just right after confessing my mortal sins. So, that meant I could receive Jesus Christ in the state of grace. I was so anxious to receive Our Lord that day! I was so emotional! Thank you Jesus!!! What would I do without the Mass?
Awesome video. Nothing like Jesus in the Eucharist to show us the way to salvation. Please pray for our priests. Pray that they may take up there cross and follow our Lord.
gloryboundkev2 your right. Jesus himself said that the antichrist is already in the world back 2000 years ago. and he came to power only now because we are all sons of sin and ANYBODY WHO IS NOT born of spirit and water in the name of christ is for eternal life is doomed. REPENT PEOPLE
Christ said to his apostles, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, till the close of the age" (Matt 28:18-20).
What our Lord commanded them, they were to teach others with the authority of Christ himself. This authority exists without the bible.
I should say, The teaching office of the Church, (the Magisterium), the Holy Scriptures and Sacred Tradition together make up the authority in the Church. One cannot stand without the other two, that is, by itself.
But people need to wake up and realize that the Bible prophecies are coming true right now and the New World Order is setting up their one world religion and government for satan. The Roman empire is back and the mother goddess of the moon and her sun god baby, the antichrist, are being set up to be worshipped. They are planning global depopulation, but the rapture will come for those with faith in the real Jesus Christ and then satan will be defeated forever.
Pray for vocations. this is an exellent video to show young men so that seeds will be planted and hearts will be softened so that they can hear the call of Christ.
It's about time the Catholic Church got with it. Next on the agenda - pedophiles. I think with Vatican II we may if we are lucky get candidates who truly believe in Jesus Christ and preach his Gospel and encourage the faithful to read God's awesome Word. 99% is fairly straight forward - 'forgive'; 'love'; 'mercy.' Strange why people don't apply to their lives, but argue over 'predestination'; 'infallibility' (if you knew what they really meant it would send you to sleep).
“Let no man do anything connected with the Church without the bishop. Let that be deemed a proper Eucharist, which is [administered] either by the bishop, or by one to whom he has entrusted it. Wherever the bishop shall appear, there let the multitude [of the people] also be; even as, wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church.” (Letter to the Smyrneans 8:2 [A.D. 110]) (emphasis added)
Wake up. He who does not partake of the holy body and blood of the Lord is slowly drifting to death. I receive holy communion daily and can see the difference the Presence of Jesus has done in my life. For truly he is the truth, the road and the life.
One Word: The Early Church Fathers - The 1st Disciples believed in the miracle
of the Eucharist. Even Martin Luther believed in the Eucharist. It is a historical fact that the denial of this miracle came out of Protestanism which denies a visible Church & the miracle 1500 years later. So tell me: Was there idolatry for 1500 years or could the idolatry come from rejecting the truth?
Today, on Holy Thursday we celebrate the mass of the Lord's Supper in the evening.
We focus on the gift of the Lord himself in the Holy Eucharist.
The holy oils consecrated earlier by the bishop are received into the church.
The priest washes the feet of a few as a sign of service to all.
Finally, the procession of the Blessed Sacrament, as seen in this video, ends with the placement of the Real Presence on the altar for adoration until midnight.
This the logo of Gayatri God in hindu (Sun goddess)oo h no wonder they call SUN day. Catholic worship Sun god but make it to look like Jesus. Jesus is the WORD (Rev 19:13 )
@CardinalArchBishop At the passover meal Jesus said " this is my body" - eat and drink -- do this in rememberance of me not ---this is a representation of my body. So when we respect the bread we are respecting and praying to Jesus the Christ - the one true God. Luke 22 Matt 26 Mark 14
@gloryboundkev Kevin, at the Last Supper, Do you believe that Jesus took bread, and blessed, and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, "Take, eat; this is my body." (Luke 26:26)? Did that bread become his body?
@satanrulz do you believe that he didn't have a real body and was living in the piece of bread that he was holding? Are you retarded? Are you that brainwashed? Jesus was speaking figuratively as he had many times before. Do you think he is a literal lamb? Don't be stupid or you will be lost forever.
@gloryboundkev Why would you disrespect my channel name? When Jesus hung on the cross and said, "Father, forgive them, they know not what they do."....figurative or literal? Do you think Jesus' words at the Last Supper were pious clap trap and he decided to play with his food because he was bored? Who decides? You?
How about a Divinely appointed authority who protects the faithful from damnable heresy, i.e., the Holy Catholic Church.
You call yourself satan and you are correct in using that name. satan is the god of catholicism and of this world. satan will soon be defeated by Jesus Christ personally forever. Jesus is not a piece of bread. Jesus Christ is the King of kings and Lord of lords and I know Him personally. You need to repent and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior before it's too late. I'm not talking about the false Jesus of Catholicism either.
My channel name is explained in my profile. Jesus said, "I have earnestly desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer." Shouldn't we, as disciples, contemplate this earnest desire of our Master? "Do this in remembrance of Me."
"Truly, truly, I say to you, UNLESS you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you." Jn 6 Figurative or literal? If you truly, truly believe it is literal, then our Lord has provided the means and substance to "do this."
what are you, a cannibal? Jesus was talking about accepting His sacrifice for your sins; not worshipping a piece of bread and eating it! Worshipping a piece of bread is idolatry and is strictly forbidden in the Bible. Jesus is not the ancient roman sun god either. You don't know what Jesus was talking about because you have never repented, you have never given your life and soul to Jesus Christ, and you have not trusted in His sacrifice for you once for all. You are worshippinga cultchurch.
You are correct in saying that worshiping bread is idolatry. I agree.
"He who eats and drinks without recognizing the BODY eats and drinks a judgement on himself." (1Cor11:29).
There is a change in substance through a miracle at every Mass, by the power of Christ through the words of the priest. Once this takes place, the substance is no longer bread, no longer wine. This is called the Real Presence and This is Who Catholics have always worshiped and adored since the days of the apostles.
@iSATANRIKUZUSU You are crazy in thinking that the piece of bread is a human body. No priest commands Jesus to come down out of Heaven either. Are you a cannibal? Roman Catholicism is babylonian paganism with the names changed to deceive. They want you to think that you can only be saved by doing what they tell you. Roman Catholicism is the harlot of Babylon and Benedict XVI is the antichrist. They are uniting the world under satan, but Jesus Christ will return to defeat them personally.
@NormBetland Read my book called The End Of Time for free online at the web address listed at my youtube channel. I have links all through it to proof and further information.
@gloryboundkev Read the Bible...it real and has been around pre links. The internet is a place where uneducated people can spout all kinds of stuff. The bible is 2000 of peer reviewed material.
@Randy02116 Actually the Bible was written from around 1450 Before Christ to about 100 Anno Domini, the year of our Lord. It was written in Hebrew in the Old Testament because it contained God's covenant with the Jews until the promised messiah came, and then the New Testament was written in Greek because it showed how Jesus fulfilled all the prophesies of the Messiah who was to come and it opened up God's covenant to everyone all over the world and Greek was the common language.
@1234poppycat catholicism is paganism pretending to be Christian by changing the names of their gods and festivals to Christian names. The rituals of Catholicism are not in the Bible. They are all pagan rituals. New Testament Bible Christianity does not have priests nor does it pray to a mother goddess. Read the Bible. Turn from your sins and pray straight to God and thank Him for His forgiveness through Jesus Christ and give Jesus your life. You don't need a priest or a religious ritual.
Thank you and God bless you. Our work, the most important work - to do is bring Christ to others. I challenge all Catholics reading this to say the Rosary and spend one hour in Eucharistic adoration per week. This is important work that can change the world.
What SanctusMatrisTemplum said. AMEN! AMEN!!! Shout it from the smokey rooftops of Queens to the dirty slum- like subways of New York City, AMEN. EMMANUEL, CHRIST WITH US!!
These passages you quoted of sacred scripture, when properly reflected on and with proper exegesis one would come to the conclusion that what the Church does was commanded by God.
ex. Heb 10:26-29 The sacrifice of sin no longer remains when we sin deliberately
@TheSeaboat, you know NOT of what you speak. What you read in the bible can only be read through the heart of the CHURCH. If you read it on your own with no one to "instruct you" you will put your own spin on it and that is something we cannot do. That is something that is in the bible. When people start interpreting the bible on their own, splits start to happen & that is how we got tens of thousands of different "Christian" denominations; NOT good.
@TheSeaboat Out of context with any pretext. You take what you want and leave tre crucial. Jesus founded ONLY ONE CHURCH, which exists TO THIS VERY DAY. Jesus did not command to read the Bible.
I would love to see the Lord brought to the sidewalk of the abortion sites, for I believe that only through His Divine power and the unbloody sacrifice can we overcome the power of darkness that surrounds these centers of death and the the desecrated land can once again be sanctified, through the Power of Christ.
If christians want to get real respect then they need to just go up to people on an individual basis and witness to people during their daily walk of like. This "jesus freak" demonstration means nothing.

The Roman Catholic Church teaches unbiblical doctorines like the trinity and celebrates Pagan holidays like Christmas
Catholics pray to Saints and Mary which is completely unbiblical.
Catholics bow down before images and statues and pray to them !
Catholics have Sunday as the Sabbath.
Catholics disobey the Bible by calling the priest "Father." (read Matthew 23:9)

My channel name is explained in my profile. Jesus said, "I have earnestly desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer." Shouldn't we, as disciples, contemplate this earnest desire of our Master? "Do this in remembrance of Me."
"Truly, truly, I say to you, UNLESS you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you." Jn 6 Figurative or literal? If you truly, truly believe it is literal, then our Lord has provided the means and substance to "do this."
iSATANRIKUZUSU 1 year ago
what are you, a cannibal? Jesus was talking about accepting His sacrifice for your sins; not worshipping a piece of bread and eating it! Worshipping a piece of bread is idolatry and is strictly forbidden in the Bible. Jesus is not the ancient roman sun god either. You don't know what Jesus was talking about because you have never repented, you have never given your life and soul to Jesus Christ, and you have not trusted in His sacrifice for you once for all. You are worshippinga cultchurch.
gloryboundkev 1 year ago
You are correct in saying that worshiping bread is idolatry. I agree.
"He who eats and drinks without recognizing the BODY eats and drinks a judgement on himself." (1Cor11:29).
There is a change in substance through a miracle at every Mass, by the power of Christ through the words of the priest. Once this takes place, the substance is no longer bread, no longer wine. This is called the Real Presence and This is Who Catholics have always worshiped and adored since the days of the apostles.
iSATANRIKUZUSU 1 year ago
@iSATANRIKUZUSU You are crazy in thinking that the piece of bread is a human body. No priest commands Jesus to come down out of Heaven either. Are you a cannibal? Roman Catholicism is babylonian paganism with the names changed to deceive. They want you to think that you can only be saved by doing what they tell you. Roman Catholicism is the harlot of Babylon and Benedict XVI is the antichrist. They are uniting the world under satan, but Jesus Christ will return to defeat them personally.

@gloryboundkev And what facts do you base this off of?
NormBetland 1 year ago
@NormBetland Read my book called The End Of Time for free online at the web address listed at my youtube channel. I have links all through it to proof and further information.
gloryboundkev 1 year ago
@gloryboundkev Read the Bible...it real and has been around pre links. The internet is a place where uneducated people can spout all kinds of stuff. The bible is 2000 of peer reviewed material.
Randy02116 1 year ago
@Randy02116 Actually the Bible was written from around 1450 Before Christ to about 100 Anno Domini, the year of our Lord. It was written in Hebrew in the Old Testament because it contained God's covenant with the Jews until the promised messiah came, and then the New Testament was written in Greek because it showed how Jesus fulfilled all the prophesies of the Messiah who was to come and it opened up God's covenant to everyone all over the world and Greek was the common language.

Who is worshiping a piece of bread?
Catholics should only worship and pray to God.
1234poppycat 2 months ago

Peace;
Please do not think that I am being rude or aggressive. Just wanted to point at some things of what the Bible has to say int the matter...
1 Cor 11:24-26
1 Cor 10:16, 17, 21
Heb 9:1 - 15; 10:1 - 31
No confusion here. The monstrance is therefore an abomination. I didn't say this, God did in the Holy Bible.....
And we must be observant of what God has to say, since He is the Creator and Almighty. Right!?
Love and Peace...

Dear Seaboat
These passages you quoted of sacred scripture, when properly reflected on and with proper exegesis one would come to the conclusion that what the Church does was commanded by God.
ex. Heb 10:26-29 The sacrifice of sin no longer remains when we sin deliberately
I leave you with this...
Jn 17:17-19
Lk 10:16
Jesus in both passages was talking to the Apostles and disciples that were present and not to the whole world.
May God bless you

@TheSeaboat, you know NOT of what you speak. What you read in the bible can only be read through the heart of the CHURCH. If you read it on your own with no one to "instruct you" you will put your own spin on it and that is something we cannot do. That is something that is in the bible. When people start interpreting the bible on their own, splits start to happen & that is how we got tens of thousands of different "Christian" denominations; NOT good.
1Hope4All 2 years ago
@TheSeaboat Out of context with any pretext. You take what you want and leave tre crucial. Jesus founded ONLY ONE CHURCH, which exists TO THIS VERY DAY. Jesus did not command to read the Bible.

I would love to see the Lord brought to the sidewalk of the abortion sites, for I believe that only through His Divine power and the unbloody sacrifice can we overcome the power of darkness that surrounds these centers of death and the the desecrated land can once again be sanctified, through the Power of Christ.
