in three dimensions it is technically possible to fold "space" so the distance between is shorter (effectivly bringing the destination and the starting point together).

the shortest distance between two points is a straight line..... in two dimensional space.
in three dimensions it is technically possible to fold "space" so the distance between is shorter (effectivly bringing the destination and the starting point together).
however this would require tech much more advanced than anything we have today and more energy than we could possibly generate at this time. but it is still possible in reality.
