Not too long ago I thought one would have to go to some mountain retreat or monastery to find a qualified spiritual teacher. Too bad for that delusion. YouTube never ceases to amaze me; there is so much wisdom on here.

Thank you for the reminder. It is becoming more and more obvious to me that the whole game is about disentifying with the content and in that finding true freedom. It is about the strenthening of identification with Truth of who I am and the dissolution of the identification with that which is impermanent.
