i love your relaxed nature and the emphasis you place of restfulness! I also enjoy the natural setting and the great editing job. The only questionable aspect, I can find is that of intention. You have extraordinary control of your body and obviously of y our opponent, however you seem to look away from opponent very frequently. If you are training in sensitivity, that's one thing, however I wouldn't want to get in the habit of looking away, lest you get clocked at some point. 5 stars tho!
