it looks like only she can control it though.. because when she was un-conscience her hood stayed down.. so she wasn't able to make it go up when saix was there..

my theory is that only her "friends" can see her face...didn't you notice? Saix sees her only hooded, but Axel and Roxas can see her face....

I don't think so...when she first entered the Organization throne room she walked right in front of Xemnas and he couldn't see her face...nor Roxas could, because he wasn't a friend of her yet....but this is just a theory....

I don't know...I don't think Xemnas does rally care about how the members of his Organization look like or what they think, in my opinion he just wants to have more pawns to use for his plans....

Her face looks different to different people. That's why Riku saw Sora (presumably) in the one cutscene with voices in it since the damn beginning. XD
