@CricketcoachGuy actually the only problem in my cricket technique is that in fast bowling i have a sling bowling action from before and instead of being a good all rounder this sling action stops me from playing in our regional matches! :( :( :(

can u guide me how to get rid of my slinging action and bowl normally and fast....it would b very kind of u if u make a video on it and help me overcome my terrible problem which is stopping me from playing competative cricket? :) thanks in advance..

@tusharrane2010 Firstly you have to go back to basics: just getting your arm straight over instead of side ways a bit. This will take time. Then just watch my How to; fast Bowling Video, ideally you should have a coach in your club to help you with re-developing your action.

Sometimes i get a bit of mud or dust and rub on rough side then polish the fuck out of the good side. I swings a bitch!!!

Basically, The shiny side moves faster through the air. Also, when you were demonstrating when holding the ball, you had your fingers wrapped completely round the ball but not on the seam, so if you released it then, you will get less pace and accuracy, and the ball still won't swing. I have my half of my index and middle finger on the ball and roll my fingers down the seam. Much more effective considering I play for Durham Academy...
