Cos Bryan Fuller said the baddie is blonde....But everyone says its Kristen Bell....anyway...this episode is gonna be good....

Heroes is clearly a Tale of Two Halves....Heroes was pathetic in the first 15 or something episodes and has only recently gotten better. They have done a good job filling the holes that they made. Gives hope for season 4 and hopefully they have Bryan Fuller chained to his computer in NBC Headquarters or something.

I'm so glad this show is getting decent again. I swear I just want to forget seasons 2 and 3 happened. They were so horrible. And thank god they finally did something with Peter and Hiro. Taking away/limiting their powers was one of the smartest moves they made.

Because they became to powerful. With their powers they were unbeatable and could conceivably 'fix' everything. Seeing as that wouldn't make good TV they made the characters stupid or goofy. Now they can make smart choices because their powers can't fix everything. The good guys shouldn't be so over powered, the struggle to prevail is half the fun.

Yes, it's safe to come back now. The first 5 episodes of the season are iffy but get drastically better. What happened was David Fuller wrote season 1, then Joseph Loeb wrote season 2 & 3 and made it stupid. They finally realized how much the show sucked & fired Loeb & re-hired Fuller who started a few eps into this season. You can really tell when he come in as the writing/story improves exponentially. There are a few sudden changes/minor plot holes where he tried to fix things but its ok.

Or more to the point to reign in the budget of the special effects budget. And it's seems ridiculous to have new characters appear with new abilities just so Sylar has somebody to kill. Eliminating the possibility of introducing any new reoccuring character who might breathe life into this trainwreck of a show.

Im still ticked off about Monica who wasnt even allowed an ending, true she stared out badly (like most of season 2 new characters) and her story was lame and completly irelvant. But she had actual potential to become a genuine hero in a cast that blurs the line between good and bad all the time and had an awesome power to boot.

It seems that they took away the time travel powers. Because people like me think that they created pardox stories that don't make any sense. Other than to go back in time to before they started season two and butchered what made the first season great. The problem with this trainwreck is that there is no clear ending in sight. No goal for the story to end meaningfully when the last show airs. Just a story full of holes and things that don't quite make sense.

Your right the first season was alot better because it was clearly planned out beforehand, all the stories (however vague) were still leading up to the one big event, the explosion in New York. Season 2 and 3 did not have that overstreching arc that tied the plots together and because of that many characters and stories were unimportant and many events just random filler.
