My grandparents had Chihuahuas when my cousins and I were growing up and they were the sweetest dogs. They never really barked except when someone they didn't know came barging into the house. Aside from one of the dogs (because she didn't like to be picked up) they never snipped or bit anyone at all either.

looks like they're just having fun. Of course I am VERY used to seeing play fighting because my two dogs play fight almost all the time. Both male. One is Jack-Rat and the other is Chi-rat-weenie. They act like they've been together since birth but we had the Jack-Rat when he was 7 weeks and had him over a year before we got the chi-rat-weenie who was 9 months. And neither one of them live up to the reputation for the breeds they have they are both awesome with my almost 8 year old.
