well it kinda was both faults the car whent to the left after showing it would turn right, and when someone whants to turn right you move closer to the right side of the rode not left...
@h051n wouldnt say that it was the fault of the car, it clearly was the bikers fault himself... but who cares? he felt on the street and his bike is garbage...
this could have easily ended up with death of the rider + yes it was his own fault, didn't leave enough space ...
