I just wanted to comment on that scene. Even though it happened a year ago. The look on Chris' face was I think twofold. One seeing her in a towel he was a little hot and bothered if you know what I mean and two he immediately thought that the date between them went a little too good. He was probably regretting giving Fish the advice about the flowers.

Cris doesn't just continue his exercise his hands linger on Laya's for a few heartbeats - i love it because when you're attracted to someone you constantly find ways to touch them, to connect to them and that was sooo one of those moments. Aww bliss lol

Judging by her absolute loyality to her girls and Chris' history with two of them, i'd say she's going to have a bit of a freak out...we both know that subconsciously she's as attracted to him as he's to her, but when faced with the reality of it, hmmm...he is so worth it however, that maybe this once she'll put herself first.
Chris knows that he's got to come correct with Layla, because she knows him better than anyone and he's made some mistakes; it'll be brilliant watching him woo her.

This is very intriguing.. Cris and Layla. I still will forever be for Evangeline 150% Layla is definitely the next best thing.. too bad it's Vange's sis but..oh well. OLTL messed up by not giving REG what she wanted so this is what they got. I'm liking it so far...
I know it's a slow burn...I just saw some new epi pics of Fish and Layla on a date at Capricorn and in the background is Kyle watching Fish and Chris at the bar watching Layla...that's why the pace is so slow and i for one love it, by the time Layla realizes she actually likes Chris more than a mate, Chris will already be going crazy for her, which will mean their scenes will be explosive. Chris is already totally agitated by this thing Layla has with Fish; it's kinda fun to see him so bothered.
I am so glad these writers are finally giving Layla a storyline because her character has always been on the backburner and I hated that!!!!! I think this storyline will be a good one because it will involve Kyle, Fish, Layla, and Cris. I can't wait for this story to unfold and just watching the way Cris looks at Layla just makes my day. I have always wanted Cris and Layla together, but I also wanted Layla and Antonio to hook up back in the day because their chemistry was great!!!
I agree Layla definately belongs with Cris, I just hated it took this long for it to happen. I always thought Layla should have been with Cris instead of Vange. I don't have anything against Vange, but her character always acted high and mighty at times, and always had to have things her way, where Layla's character is feisty, low key, and laid back.

Cris is definately into Layla and Layla is attracted to Cris, but I think she wants to give Fish a chance just to see where that relationhip goes. I am glad Layla is in this storyline because Cristian will definately be keeping an eye on Fish, making sure he doesn't hurt Layla. I was happy when Layla told Cristian it's nice that he cares. Layla looks gorgeous today.
These two are so good. I love DF and TS chemistry. When she went to hit him I was laughing. They act so natural together. They do comedy well, Drama well-when Talia died and I can't wait to see how they do Romance.

Fish and Layla's short relationship was soooo awkward.
