This was an Waffen SS bunker, where they were devolopeing tech for their infantery.

And some gold or something. However, they tought the Germans did not finish the tech for "the super soldier" something they did...

These guys are being paid to recover the machine because it's worth a lot of money.

@TheRussianCritic I am actually Serbian so i noticed xD When they are questioning the bald guy , one of the guys says "Govori glasno , kazi ko si ti ! " , which means "Speak loudly , tell us who you are". The pronunciation is so off and the sentence would never be used in that order of words ( we often put swear words and i mean OFTEN xD) , it really sounds more funny than serious. But this is nitpicking, movie is still awesome xD xD xD
