I'm one of the people in the video and work for Mclaren. The music is our house by madness and it was Mclaren marketing that didn't use the music for copyrite reasons. Great fun making this but one of the hardest few days of my career on this back to back. Valencia to spa was the worst.

If anyone seriously believes that McLaren put up this video without having proper copyright clearance on the track then, I'm afraid, they really don't know very much about this extraordinary - and extraordinarily detail-conscious - organisation.
