Anything that's a hormone is a steroid. Birth control pills are steroids. HGH is a steroid. It isn't bad though. Like any drug, in the right doses you can get to where you want safely. If you abuse a drug, the results can be bad. HGH being used in sports though can be classed as cheating as everyone else isnt on it.
