I'll tell you what is FASCINATING. Look at this car under braking at 10:05, this squirrely braking is also called "porpoising", a trait very unique to Mclaren's F1 car, particularly this year. It's a term to describe violent or heavy bouncing under very heavy braking. Fan's that follow F1 will be delighted to see how a road car has been so closely developed by it's F1 team that it's braking characteristics are almost identical. You'll be hard pressed to find an article about this trait.

The only reason why the Ferrari, around the track, was so much slower than the McLearn was because they didn't want the 458 to be faster than the Enzo or it would make the Enzo look bad

@benanderson95 no the reason the 458 was slower round the test track was because it was driven by somebody outside the ferrari factory. ferrari claimed the 430 scud was faster than the enzo and then the 458 but no road test outside the factory has had results even close

@benanderson95 no, 4 wheel drive is easier to drive than a rear wheel drive. if you're going to observe the 458, it has a lot of wheel spin in the rear and the driver is afraid to push the 458 to it's limit in the corner because it may oversteer. anyway, 458 is a driver's car while 4 wheel drive like mp4 and gtr is for amateur, which is easier to drive.

The Mclaren is a very nice car but it lacks...love I think. Everything is so mathematically precise and accurate that they forgot to put passion into the car, which makes it somewhat stale.
