  • Yo, where can I find this? I need to buy it too. I just got introduced to this gem by Zo! from the Foreign Exchange on Facebook. Man, this let's you know that we haven't heard all that is to hear. Too many old gems out there. Great sound & great voices. You can step to this. Oh man, I'm feelin' it!! 1 Love my friend. Keep posting.

  • so cool ....so rare groove!

  • This is an excellent smooth easy listening song. It combines the musical sounds of the 1970's and 1980's. The vocals are great ! The music is outstanding ! This song should have been a MEGA HIT ! This song should be re-released and given heavy media promotion because it would be a huge hit today. How could it miss ? The Woods Empire should come to New York City and perform live this summer !

  • @fairnorth I will tell them that you said that and see if that's what they want to do. Thanks for keeping Woods Empire going!!

  • @Lucielou163 Are you in touch with them? If so, it'd be nice to know what they've been up to all these years. :)

  • @fairnorth Only after they've come to England :) It's such an uplifting song with inspiring lyrics and an irresistible beat. I want to be on a dance floor with this on!

  • i wanner bay this LP can some one tell me wher i can find it??!!

  • Amazing track!

  • that is the JAM

  • Very nice. Very funky yet smooth. Thx for posting.

  • It's too bad they didn't have much success....

  • Superb! The bit where it changes up at 2:45 is amazing. A very very underrated piece of 80s soul.

  • this album would of set the world on fire, truly polished. great sound, three brothers and the four sisters had a remarkable sound. tommy was a genuis. i was fortunate to have had known them as family and friends. the only other group i enjoyed in my younger years as much as the "woods empire", were the j5. some groups hit the mark, woods empire touched the soul and heart! i'll never forget their style and professionalism.

  • @boojay57 I couldn't agree with you more! My aunt knew Tommy and I got to meet him back in '81 when I was 9 yrs. old. He was such a nice guy and autographed this album for me. Woods Empire was one of the reasons Five Star appealed so much to me. Both are great families who had great style and delivered incredibly underrated music. So good to know there are other fans out there. :)
