Learn how to make 3d airplane model - Importing 3 views

hey GulfKnight i need your help

Ive managed to type in the lengths and widths for the Top, Front and Left views. ive also managed align the top view of my plane and that's it. I can't seem to get the front and left squares to align to their suppose to go.

can you help me?

I am having issues with the opacity. Even if I have everything set just like you had it, I still can't see through them at all. It is very frustrating! I have absolutely no clue what I am doing wrong. By the way, I am using Gmax

Hey, really nice set of tutorials but i am using GMAX and not 3DS but they do pretty much the same thing, i have been able to follow up to this point with GMAX but i am stuck at the last part where you remove the Wire frame and make it the bitmap on all 3 views, i cant find where to do it on GMAX? Can anyone help?

I never went to art school, but i remember that in art classes in my elementary school we talked about this detail on blueprints

the image is the plane seen from the front, if it was on the front the model would end up mirrowed

Just search it on google, you should be able to find some orthographics.
