All three or at least a word from mark for death is pretty useful for two and one handed weapons because it has the ability of both war axes and war hammers; the enemy loses 75% of their armor and take damage over time (with all three words) so the two handed weapons would be considered overkill even for dragons on master difficulty
however, when i noticed that they don't have the actual numbers in game for how much of a DoT the Bleeding damage does over time. I did some research on it. first time didn't come up with anything. second time game had been out long enough people had time to experiment and get more in game experience with mechanics. So far this video has one of the best explanations of how bleeding damage works. Glad to see another two handed axe wielder as well, i love 'em!
I'd just like to say, Sweep is very useful in tight situations. I've killed 3-4 enemies with full health after getting knocked below half in one swipe. lvl 3 barbarian, 70+ skill level. I like to be a punching bag to get heavy armor up. I had plenty of health positions. just saying though, somebody like me sometimes forgets to use potions sometimes. so sweep can be very great in a pinch
good guide friend, I wanted to go two handed sword for the whole game but wasn't sure if I'd be gimped. So thanks for the info, I'm about to play skyrim on an expensive PC for the first time WOOHOO here I go.. I'll kill in your name good sir
@predator7334 I see what you're trying to say here, however
1. I have never cheated once in the whole game.
2. I do read what it says and try to rely on experience of using the school, of an ability in order to plot how would the perk influence it.
3. In order to reach max level (81) you have to have 17 out of 18 perks at 100. The last, 18th you have to have at least 95 or 96. It's not stupid as not all the skills are equally useful and you can skip many of them to spend on what you really need.
@Rhellic Then I take it back and I'll rephrase it. This ability is much more a mobility charge than it is dealing damage, as you can charge at the enemy, deal additional damage and continue kicking ass.
@Rhellic Official game guide says, you only get that doubled crit. damage, if it was a critical hit in the first place. If not, it counts as a normal charge attack. (I would quote it, but its in german... sry). For that reason, it's very good to invest in the deep wounds perk, to make the damage output of crit. charge more reliable... and kick ass ;)) I very much like the way, how perks in skyrim complement each other :) Great Tutorial!
Pushkin, what two enchantments do you think would be the most useful on a helmet, for a 2-handed warrior? I've been looking at it but there only seems to be magic and archery enchantments available :/
@GrandChamp1989 I'd suggest to go for Fortify Restoration + Fortify Magicka. Sadly, there are no interesting enchantments for a 2H Warrior, except for those two (healing yourself effectively). I might have not discovered something more enchantment wise, but I just checked and I have to agree, it sucks! There are only nice rogue and mage enchantments for helmet...
Great video. I just created a 2h character and one of the things that help out in the early levels with power attacks is the vegetable soup. It regenerates 1 stamina every second and because you can do power attacks as long as you have any amount of stamina, you can effectively lock down an enemy with staggers.
@chewbits That's actually a very good idea! But you have just proven that food in the game is super disbalanced! Logically you should be able to do power attack when you have ENOUGH stamina, not just ANY stamina.
The reason I chose Hammers/Maces over Axes is because Bleeding Damage does not affect all enemies, Hammers/Maces work best against later level enemies because most of them wear Armor (including Animal skin armor).
@jojogcontact Good point, I never took into consideration this fact! Just like poison bleeding, probably doesn't affect Draugr, Skeletons and other creepy foes.
dude i'm loving the guides, keep em coming! :) ps. can you make a guide were to find soul gems? i have whent around everywhere trying to find soul gems, i have already got them from college of winterhold etc. thanks.

I am sry but THE WARHAMMERS ARE FREAKING HAMMERS NOT MACES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!!!!!!!
Sry I just like saying GIANT FREAKING HAMMER when I use warhammers so calling them maces seems like an indirect insult to warhammers. lol
infamousXsniper055 13 hours ago
@infamousXsniper055 I'm sorry!!! :D That's just the naming given by the game itself.
P.S. - Warhammers for the win!

Actually light armor always win. Since if you use potions and enchant armor to increase armor upgrade %. Elven armor can get you armor cap.

@Shinidoshi If what you just said works against Dragons, we just found the biggest imbalance in the game :D
That essentially means that Maces don't have their superiority uncontested no longer :D
HostMikePushkin 2 weeks ago
@HostMikePushkin pretty much, but if you dual wield maces w/ level 100 one handed perks you can win the game pretty much.

I don't like your videos
1.you have cheated to get all skills lvl 100
2.i don't like the fact you just read what the perk says and pretend you know what it mean even though you don't have the perk
3. What is the point of having a perk lvl 100 but with no perks chosen its stupid

I'm pretty sure critical charge always gives you a critical with double damage. So it's good whether or not you have increased crit chance.

how do you level up your two handed weapon? by hitting a dummy or something?
E106e106 3 months ago
@E106e106 By hitting enemies with it. I'm pretty sure you can't pracitce 2H on dummies.
Again, the speed depends on damage you deal, so the harder hits will improve 2H much faster
