At one of the UFO conferences I attended, I happen to meet the son of one of the Military advisers for the film and he told me that his father said it was the governments first attempt to see what the public's reaction would be if they disclosed the truth about UFO's. Supposedly, the poll was abandon due to the Military demand. I saw this movie at the age of 10 and it made such an impression that I became a researcher in the subject.

(Bomber planes took off from Roswell so the ETs went to Roswell to investigate and we shot them down) So really you can thank Tesla for that.
