I've done tricks similar to this, but mostly just by hitting the cueball into a jaw with a touch of top and side, but it was still almost always luck. Although I remember about a week ago I was playing a frame, and I went to shoot a fairly straightforward double into the middle pocket, however the object ball jumped when it hit the cushion, bounced on the table, and instead of going into the middle pocket as planned, mounted the opposite cushion and rolled into the corner :P

He probably got a big kick when the cue-ball contacted the brown. So the cue-ball lifts up and somehow jabbed the cue-ball on to the cushion. 9 out of ten times, the cue-ball falls onto the floor.

I did this a couple of times. And once I even potted it running the rail and jumping the middle pocket, continueing into the corner pocket..:-)

Ive done it twice with a blue off the spot into the middle, jumped up and down the rail into one of the top bags.
Its very rare of course but it does happen!
