  • i remember how much i HATED you the first time i did this video. haha. i still can't do pushups to save my life, but i actually finished the dreaded arm circling and everything else. finally.

  • Doing the first exercise hurt my lower back so much... I can't keep it a straight line, and I didn't feel it in triceps at all... :(

  • @lavenderinjune usually flexing your abs help since abs are the only muscles that hold your back's lower part. Try putting more weight on your triceps while flexing your abs and when you succeeded and started to feel the pressure on them, only then try pushing your buttocks. Maybe it helps :)

  • Just starting to up my physical activity along with bettering my eating habits - I barely managed 5 butt ups (much faster than yours too), but considering you're lifting your body weight and I currently weigh over 200 lbs, I'm feeling pretty proud of the 5!

  • What would you suggest for someone that has weak wrists and staying on them for that long is a pain? It's a great workout but it's frustrating when I can't do the whole thing because my wrists are giving out!

  • Im a guy doing progressive daily weight gaining excersices, eating right and resting when i should. Can i do these as well to increase my flexibilty and improve my lean look or will it burn away all that weight ive gained?

  • The music needs to be mixed a little lower. With her voice echoing and the music mixed a little too loud it's sometimes hard to understand what she's saying.

  • @wjoycek I say keep trying - I know Im not cassey, but I used to have the same problem. What I have found is by continuously TRYING I have gotten stronger =)

  • Wow that first half was incredibly intense. I like the challenge of knowing I can't even complete some of these exercises I'll know I've really accomplished something when I'm able to improve. Especially the butt-lifting one.

  • @sexoespacial hey martin, you can use your body as a weight, cuz it is! i'm gonna film another "pushup fun" video, maybe tomorrow, and u can use that for chest and arms. this video is good too. the next one will be hard, so start w this!

  • i love this video, i can feel the pain, even though i doubt im doing it perfectly but it still hurts. I need toned arms and i hope this will help. i can feel my muscles, i mostly need my tricepts to be toned so that its not as jiggly. its actually fun doing your exercises even though its so hard. i feel like im working out with someone even though im working out by myself. its motivating! THANKS!

    She dips her back when she does the planks. Think of keeping your body straight like a board from the shoulders all the way to your knees or toes. If it's your lower back that hurts it just might be weaker than other areas and be taking a lot of the pressure. I would practice dead lifts lighter weight 12-15 reps. Knees slightly bent, back straight.

  • Whenever she says,"Wow, these are hard!" the pushups get real tough there. Its psychological im sure but I just wished she wouldnt have ever said that. :)

  • @MeltedMusic The only thing you can do is try to melt teh fat off that is covering your collar bone. This means lean diet and more cardio.

    Your video just kicked my ASS! I thought I was in decent shape, but because of my compettive adittude, I decided to give this a try... I run and do full body workouts 4 days a week: but I had to stop several times, just to catch my self and contiune. But I did it!

    I've decided to do pilaties for life! If you can do this all smiling and cheerful, I figure I will also do this, and get to your level! THANKS FOR THE INSPIRATION!

  • this is not Pilates people! It's just physical exercises that have nothing in common with Pilates. for example in Pilates her spine and neck supposed to be straight and shoulders down - look at her push ups and all plank positions. you'll get pain in back and headache after this "pilates"

  • @jeeundo Nah only if you lift weights over like 20 lbs and eat lots of protein will you begin to get "buff". What you're seeing in toning action! Congrats on the results!

I don't even like workouts based on strenght, but you make them fun!! The music is good, your drive is good, and the exercises are more than good enought!! Keep up the good work!
