@lavenderinjune usually flexing your abs help since abs are the only muscles that hold your back's lower part. Try putting more weight on your triceps while flexing your abs and when you succeeded and started to feel the pressure on them, only then try pushing your buttocks. Maybe it helps :)

Wow that first half was incredibly intense. I like the challenge of knowing I can't even complete some of these exercises I'll know I've really accomplished something when I'm able to improve. Especially the butt-lifting one.
@blogilates The day I complete that forearm lifting pushup without my knees will be amazing. I just went again and am still burning from 2 days ago. I don't think I've ever actually worked my triceps before. LOL :P

I need toned arms and i hope this will help. i can feel my muscles, i mostly need my tricepts to be toned so that its not as jiggly. its actually fun doing your exercises even though its so hard. i feel like im working out with someone even though im working out by myself. its motivating! She dips her back when she does the planks. Think of keeping your body straight like a board from the shoulders all the way to your knees or toes. If it's your lower back that hurts it just might be weaker than other areas and be taking a lot of the pressure. I would practice dead lifts lighter weight 12-15 reps. Knees slightly bent, back straight.
Whenever she says,"Wow, these are hard!" the pushups get real tough there. Its psychological im sure but I just wished she wouldnt have ever said that. :)

@jeeundo Nah only if you lift weights over like 20 lbs and eat lots of protein will you begin to get "buff". What you're seeing in toning action! Congrats on the results!

this is fantastic, I was getting tired of my arm exercise routine using weights, I don't know but it was starting to feel old fashioned and tedious (2 years doing the same thing ahhhh) I was worried this wouldn't target all the important areas like triceps and shoulders but it does! yay! Is this a sufficient routine for biceps though??

Doing the first exercise hurt my lower back so much... I can't keep it a straight line, and I didn't feel it in triceps at all... :(

@MeltedMusic The only thing you can do is try to melt teh fat off that is covering your collar bone. This means lean diet and more cardio.

@jeeundo Nah only if you lift weights over like 20 lbs and eat lots of protein will you begin to get "buff". What you're seeing in toning action! Congrats on the results!

oh my. i've been following you for about 3 weeks with this work out. i've always been week in the arms, and this is really helping me! i can pick up my daughter like BAM, ha ha. i'm still a little iffy on doing all of the push ups, i probably miss two out of all. but i'm still working hard. thank you so much for posting and having such a positive attitude!

this is fantastic, I was getting tired of my arm exercise routine using weights, I don't know but it was starting to feel old fashioned and tedious (2 years doing the same thing ahhhh) I was worried this wouldn't target all the important areas like triceps and shoulders but it does! yay! Is this a sufficient routine for biceps though??

Hi Cassey! your videos are amazing. Usually I would watch A LOT of videos before I decided for wich ones too choose. I just had to watch one of yours, and I was hooked, instantly! I don't even like workouts based on strenght, but you make them fun!! The music is good, your drive is good, and the exercises are more than good enought!! Keep up the good work! And one more thing; COULD YOU MAKE A "STRENGHTEN YOUR BACK" VIDEO?? :-)
