@peacelovetheworld143 He stepped down when he realized that the position wasn't really for him, then Webber took over again. At the end of season seven Meredith tampers with the Alzheimer trial and as a result Webber takes the fall for her and steps down from chief of surgery. Now Owen is in charge. It's going to be really interesting, but I think Webber is meant to be the chief. He's just too good.

Teddy didn't try to break them apart, she had feelings for hunt and she told him, how many people are willing to do that these days?

She tried leaving so that Owen and Cristina can be happy and so that she can move one. But cristina pulled her back. Teddy only confessed her love when owen confessed his feelings. Teddy has been trying to move on from Owen and Owen's a bit of a confused jerk, so please stop hating on Teddy!

@echoedge11 No Teddy brought it up first when she told him that he thought he would call her if he ever broke up with Beth, told him that she had all these Bridges Of Madison County fantasies about him, went on to repeatedly try to steal him away from Cristina, and to try to make Cristina look bad in front of him. Sorry, Teddy is a horrible woman.
