HI Jeremiah, yes, I'm doing what could be called a lip glissando. But it involves more than just a lip, since the throat and tongue are involved in creating the gliss effect. If you are interested, I could show you how to do it in a Skype lessons. Let me know.... David
Sounds great! Umm about the gliss... I think you just demonstrated what I originally wanted to learn. Was what you did a "lip glissando"? I would like to learn to do it without the whole sliding fingers as i know the lip gliss is more beneficial as you can do it on any clarinet without having to know the instrument well.
I am currently unsure on where to start exactly and my teacher isn't explaining very well...
