Cbr 125 Repsol with Ixil

Ich find zwar das Motorrad sehr gut (Bekomme auch bald eins ) und auch die Farbe ist okey, aber der Auspuff ist nach meiner Meinung viel (viel, viel viel ... ) zu groß. Mit diesem Auspuff kann man ja selbst oder mit einem Mitfahrer garnicht mehr fahren (Da verbrennt man sich ja gleich drann ) :D

company did make the new one a lot more "bigger" wider wheels and in general bigger but with the same engine. It would be nice to set the engine to same cubics but with DOHC engine type. it would be around 15 hp and it would be much more fun and good for the newer riders.

@fionnoc so you are saying that people should get on a cbr 600/1000 before they can even ride a motorbike? these 125's are meant for learners and are gateaway to bigger bikes... and the speed is not always the main thing... so actually these are not a waste of money.

@Tyyppi94 I'm saying they should get an nsr 125 or a cbr 250 or cbr 400. Or even a restricted 600. They are all very easy to drive and learn on. This cbr 125 is just painfully slow, no point in going for a sports style bike if your only looking for that little speed.

@HappymanFIN actually you can...:P the best result would be (for example) if he took off the whole exhaust but it would be very noisy and not so comfortable to drive...you lose up to 15% of power on exhaust...so, you can increase your speed by changing the exhaust...;)

piston from getting into upper position and that gas has to be pushed out from cylinder...the problem becomes in exhaust where because of trying to silent the sound of engine you create presure that prevents gasses from cylinder to get out...there you lose the power

@dodo158x it's true what you're saying. But just changing the silencer won't bring +10hp. To get more Power you also need an other header, only having this Silencer maybe will add not even 2hp. So he won't be going 155 w/o any other modifications.

@9ninetyfour4 to achive that thing you would need racin exhaust, wider valve head, racing air filter, more fuel - bigger carburrator or fuel commander for EFI model and you will definitely increase power of the bike but still 155 km real top speed would not be possible. maybe it will be if you will increase cubics. like 150 -160 cc. In my opinion its a good bike for starters, then give it to another starter and go for the 250 cc model or 600. dont damage this good bike to make it go faster
