If a Women wears a dress shirt un tucked with suit pants which seems to be the style these days, does she still have to wear a belt in the pant loops, even though nobody will see it? I'm a guy, and every time I have to get dressed up and have my shirt not tucked in, I always hear that you need to wear a belt, and I was wondering if Women have the same issue?

hmmm..... totally agrees, the inner cami should be replaced with a more stylish silk blouse or a colorful detailed tank top. The black suit outfit look is very formal unless going to an interview, otherwise it's way too boring (looks more like a sale person and has no style!!).
