That bit at around 2:30 was in spider-man 3...with Aunt May and Peter in her apartment. did Chris steal his work or is this bit of music somewhere else in the final cut?

As stupid as it is, I'm sure it's Raimi and/or the production choice to use in the scene of the third movie a music written by Elfman that was rejected from the second one. The same happened with the Theater Montage theme written by Elfman for SM2 that didn't make it to the final cut but was actually used in SM3...

Gahh... This particular couple of scenes, along with the couple of scenes in your 'Part IV' are the ones that suffered most from losing Elfman's original scoring, almost undoubtably.

The two "bonus" songs on the score album are Danny Elfman's; Aunt May Packing and Train.

you too? hey i have an idea. have it with the lizard in the beginning, venom returns kidnapping peter and selling him to a scientist, scientist clones peter, spiderman and venom fight, venom thinks spiderman is dead, spiderman fights carnage, spiderman and venom team up to fight carnage and in the end the clone returns turning into spider-carnage. there's more if you want to hear.

i know but there's more to it and it will be alot closer to the comic book than spiderman 3. also people wanna see the lizard, and ben riley in it. but i also wanna include the maximium carnage story into it. my vision will make people think that i should direct the spiderman movies. i mean who wouldn't want to see venom in action again?
