@pimpdaddy845 napoli is in italy , but in italy there are also milan rome venice turin ... the napoletan music is napoletan music , not of rome , milan , venice ,or florence ....!!!
youre a fucking dumbass...neapolitan is a dialect of italy..ever heard of naples? well its a city of italy..kind of like sicilain? think before you talk dipshit
It doesn't seem to have a specific name, although it's the most common tarantella. You can find it simply as "Tarantella", or as "Tarantella Napoletana", "Tarantella per Sofia"...
for goodness sake stop paying us italians out.. its a traditional italian dance which is enjoyed by all people from differnt regions! im napoletane and we love dancin to it!My italian dance teacher said its not about the dance, its about the dancers willingness to dance to it
Exactly. Too many people are way too politically correct. Also, I've noticed when you see Latin Americans for example, dancing to Mediterranean or even Middle Eastern music, nobody has a problem with that. Which I do, considering they originate from Native cultures, doesn't fit. Italian, Greeks, they're of the white race, therefore, whites should be able to dance to our Italian culture. It's really not that hard to figure out.
'not hard to figure it out'. LOL. putting around on here I saw greek pentozali dance and if i were to try it i would kill myself trying to do one move! heres link >
but they also originate from european countries too, so you are not making any sense. tehy are half hite and half native american. And most people still have family in europe. I dont see why you would have a problem with it, no one said any one race cant dance to italian music, ive seen italians dance to other countries music...
"Half white"??? Any Latin American in the Americas would reject that statement. Hardly any of them would call themselves white of any type. Therefore, you're view doesn't make any sense either.
Ah well I am from Latin America and there are pure Europeans 100% white and yes they would call themselves white blanco(branco-Brazil)."Mestizos" if they are 1/2 indian and "mulatos" if they are 1/2 black.
How have I proven your point? You said, "Hardly any of them(Lat.Americans) would call themselves white of any type?" You are intimating that there are NO white people in Latin America.
Um...hello, ever heard of immigration. Argentina is the most Italian place in Latin America. Alot more than Spainairds settled in the New World, many germans, italians, english, and various other groups of people settled in Latin America. latin America's gene pool is very diverse and so it is fitting that mediterranean music wold be played there. considering there is a substantial amount of people with mixed backrounds.
1.Tarantella is a dance but is the name of the song as well.
2.The differences between northern and southern italy are on a quite long list. For instance My family: Barese If you are from northern italy and come to my town you wont know what the fuck we are saying.
Please stop saying stupid things whoever the fuck started this
Hi it brings back memories to me also from when i was a little girl and all our family got together for parties and also reminds me of my summer holidays in sicily, when i used to stop with my nonna! They were the days!
PS: Please, foreigners, stop confusing North and South Italy: we are too different! Pleople from North Italy have not emigrated, so they are less known and foreigners confuse them with people, traditions, culture, food, music, (mafia), from South Italy! Stop it!
What is the name of this song please, I've been looking everywhere for this! :)
