@DATBOIRO It could be the spacers not being in the correct side. Have you tried switching the spacer around? Or it could be the tight tolerance between the swingarm. Sometimes it can be a pain to fit the wheel back on.
@wedginator I fairly certain they're on the correct sides as one has a little lip and the with said lip will only fit on one side. But I can't get the spacers in with the caliper mount. I"m lost.
I think it's a but more of a fiddle on my GSXR as the calliper needs to be in place when the rear wheel is inserted and it keeps falling out of the stupid slot in the swing arm. Last time I done this I knocked the pads out of the calliper with the disk and bent the anti-rattle clip. doh!
are you not afraid that using anti seize will have a reverse effect and loosen the bolts with the vibrations of riding. The reason i ask is cause at the tire shop I work we have to (protocol) clean off all anti seize of the lug bolt (stems)and hubs for that reason alone.
@WildBill1006 I did have a bit of concern in the past so I've decided to do it with one bolt first. It didn't back out. Even with antiseize the bolt was still torqued on good at time of removal, but removal was easier. The bolt without antiseize was actually seized and I ended up stripping the bolt. I'll post that video later. Took me 2 hours to drill it out.
When you say "grease" is that a specific type you use or will just oil do?
