Also, the point at 33:09 has reduced force since the data retention directive did not really give the police a whole lot of new tools for investigations. So expecting a change in the statics indicates a flaw in how you understand the situation.

Stop using the 0.000... number for when data retention is usefull. It is counter productive to your cause. If you actually go trough the statistics, it is quite obvious why that number is useless for what you are trying to imply. If you want to effectively fight data retention, be honest and understand the statistics you use.
