Thanks for being honest in your appraisal of my work. In my defense, it was a display set up in a retail shop environment with customers roaming around during construction and done to a budget in both time and money which severely alters the dynamics of any creative undertaking. Yes Cedar Ridge is a beautiful work of art. I personally prefer the displays by the Dutch - more nature and less buildings.

I was meaning indifferent....very nice but not mind blowing. Check out Cedar Ridge village on here and also the Arnett 09 Village. Those are mindblowing and beautiful.

Wonderful village! I really enjoy watching these videos and I always get ideas from watching others. I finally added a few videos of my village this year. I have been displaying them since 2004 but have never posted a video until now. God Bless and thanks for the great video!
I have been to this shop and the video does not do justice to the actual display. The many vignettes in every street, nook and cranny is so full of life and is changed often, so every visit is a new journey of discovery. Absolutely fabulous !
I like the feeling of hustle and bustle this layout gives with the people walking down the snowy lane. You can imagine it to be the pre-Christmas shopping rush without the road and carpark rage.....ah the good old civilised times!!!
wow.. pretty ammmmmazzzing.. can i get someone like u to to build one of these at my house, in Sydney, for say, next Christmas . are your services available for hire? :)
As for building something like this, you will need to book early as I do get busy from September onwards. Do you have your own buildings and accessories?

A little bit more crowded that your usual efforts, still nice though. The other 09 display looks nicer in my opinion though.
