Octoprep isn't in the installer anywhere. There's only one tweaks tab and Octoprep isn't under it.

Do you have any suggestions on what to do from there?

when i go to install a program in the installer it starts to install but then it brings me back to my i pod where i have all my other programs like safari and that stuff and it never installs what should i do?
