Yes, there's something nice about triplets. I particularly like triplet crotchets actually. But triplet quavers have a lovely lilt - as long as they're used sparingly. I hear that there are triplet quavers near the beginning here too. And did I detect triplet crotchets too? Somewhere round 0:16?

Regarding my sound: First I have a very, very good guitar. It helps. Secondly I work a lot with my fingernails. I polish them with "metalgrindingpaper 1200" before I play. Thirdly I work a lot with my stroke... angels, power, and so on.

When I had played for 1 year, I can asure you, I didn't have this sound :-) so there is hope! :-)
