I know Darkrain and Isai have played before, but I wish they had gotten to play a more recent set. Pretty sure Darkrain would've won though, but it would be nice to see.

lol Cort is on the same level as DR? I highly doubt that. Cort is around PC or Cactuar's level I'd say and is certainly higher than DR. DR lost to Cactuar's fox pretty badly in Event 52. I think Shiz can beat Cactuar's fox (not certain), and if not; it will be hella close.

He dittoed Scar quite a bit when Scar came to e52. I think they had 10 matches, darkrain winning them all by quite a good amount. Darkrain is very knowledgeable on the matchup and is very solid at techchasing, while Scar never does falcon dittos and is still very new on the scene. It's just experience, and darkrain has been around forever. The chance of SS v Darkrain is pretty slim, the only chance will be at Genesis this summer. We'll see if SS goes, but i know Darkrain is going.

Silent Spectre is semi decent at best. Darkrain would own him any day in a falcon ditto. Like ppl have mentioned before, he is only known cause of DBR combo video. And to be honest, any decent falcon can see its not all that impressive.
It doesnt matter. First of all, falcon dittos are the sickest match up in the game. Now add to that the fact that Darkrain and SS have very unique and effective styles of play.
SS has a very unique flashy falcon, while darkrain's is built on his years of high level experience. tournament results are very important. darkrain has been the top of the game for years. SS is newer and is really only known cause of his DBR combo vid.
I agree, SS is very good, nobody is doubting that, but Darkrain (along with Isai) created the way that we play falcon today. Darkrain alone is what keeps falcon up in tourney results. SS is good, but never travels so nobody can tell what he would do. I would agree that they probably should play though, because falcon dittos are just that awesome.
I wouldn't say alone...Scar has been putting in some serious work with Falcon, and has been consistently ranking top ten if not top 5...if not top 3 in tournaments. He's truly been stepping up his Falcon game. He's been winning or placing really well in tournaments for the most part. So he's been doing Falcon just as much good. ^_^
Scar hasn't placed very well in national tournaments at all. They never played one another. Scar admits it was the pools and not that he was better than Darkrain. Plus, just because someone's ranked higher doesn't necessarily mean they're better. It's all who you get matched up against. ArcNatural and I placed the same at one Mass Madness, but I'm terrible and he's really good. We both won one and lost two. It's all how the tournament's arranged.

Check more recent videos before you assume the matchup is MORE or LESS even. PC chris is great with spacies, but shiz is better with them. I think PC realized that at FC:D and then chose peach instead to fight shiz and won. But shiz is awesome too, i think he got 7th in FC:D and PC got 2nd, thats pretty close to me
prolly just style differences, Forward is a very laser-heavy falco, whereas PC is more of a close range fighter. Also, Forward and Dark are good friends, so he knows how he plays, PC has only played him a few times. They both own harder than we ever will.
Shiz lost because Darkrain was better than him when this fight took place. Shiz is levels and levels higher than this now, Although he's probably too humble to say that.
I'd say PC's falco is still better even though he's been using fox a lot more these days. Plus I'd say falco vs falcon is a pretty even match up considering both can combo each other very well and both have limited recoveries.
- its not an even match up the lasers and the shine plus C. falcon's bad recovery give falco a huge advantage and i forgot but still important, falco can rape falcon with his Dair and get an easy kill if the falcon player makes one mistake, or like what happened to Darkrain against pc in FD.

I wouldn't say Isai is the best falcon really. Whether or not he sandbags is irrelevant, he still loses to people he shouldn't. Dark is consistently beating top names and places well usually always. There is no doubt that Isai is among the best, but the fact that he doesn't place as well is a simple answer. Dark is currently 1 in Midwest...which says enough i think, beating names like Dope and Tink.
Yeah when he lost to SOS that one time. We CAN base entirety of skill from one tourney, that is a good point. I went to FCD, where Darkrain placed higher than Isai in singles, there, one tourney. I'm just messing around, but all I'm saying is follow the numbers.

wtf when was shiz ever greater than pc chris.... last I checked pc was still placing way higher than shiz in tourneys... don't get me wrong shiz is great and probably could improve a lot if he played more on a national level but he is no where near as good as pc

PC chris is great with spacies, but shiz is better with them. I think PC realized that at FC:D and then chose peach instead to fight shiz and won. But shiz is awesome too, i think he got 7th in FC:D and PC got 2nd, thats pretty close to me

prolly just style differences, Forward is a very laser-heavy falco, whereas PC is more of a close range fighter. Also, Forward and Dark are good friends, so he knows how he plays, PC has only played him a few times. They both own harder than we ever will.

I'd say PC's falco is still better even though he's been using fox a lot more these days. Plus I'd say falco vs falcon is a pretty even match up considering both can combo each other very well and both have limited recoveries.

Pc's too good...
- its not an even match up the lasers and the shine plus C. falcon's bad recovery give falco a huge advantage and i forgot but still important, falco can rape falcon with his Dair and get an easy kill if the falcon player makes one mistake, or like what happened to Darkrain against pc in FD.

Stomp-knee. It's the bread and butter Cpt. Falcon combo. If you don't use it, you're probably doing something wrong :p So say my trainers (I'm a learning Falcon player).

I wouldn't say Isai is the best falcon really. Whether or not he sandbags is irrelevant, he still loses to people he shouldn't. Dark is consistently beating top names and places well usually always. There is no doubt that Isai is among the best, but the fact that he doesn't place as well is a simple answer. Dark is currently 1 in Midwest...which says enough i think, beating names like Dope and Tink.

Yeah when he lost to SOS that one time. We CAN base entirety of skill from one tourney, that is a good point. I went to FCD, where Darkrain placed higher than Isai in singles, there, one tourney. I'm just messing around, but all I'm saying is follow the numbers.
