Why the fuck can't Crecendo and Seranade be DLC for 360? I wouldn't mind paying another 400 points or something for them, I just want to use them! If the winds of luck are bellowing into my sails, so to speak, I'll be getting a PS3 in a few months, then I'll sell my 360 copy and get one for PS3. Crescendo's my favourite of the new characters. In fact, besides Frederic, I'd say he's my favourite character in ES.

His stats are freaking unbelievable if you can take the time to level him up after you get him.

Heck, he alone is worth buying a PS3 for.

The Ps3 adds more stuff so people will buy their console smore, like teir function of free online play ( which is about to change :P it will be charged at least 7.50 poundsa a month which is shyte compaired to xbox ) I want this game on ps3 but I wouldn't buy the console just for the sole purpous of ES, ToV or the joker exclusive batman game play, but maybe when KH come sout on ps3, cos CoD servers suck on ps3 :/

Ps3 gets a better version because the platform itself is just.. pretty much better in general. PS has always been better. I'm not saying superior or 360 sucks of course, just pointing out a fact there.

But overall.. don't be too disappointed in not being able to play them. They're only there to look pretty, playing them kind of sucks imo. I never played them at all unless I had to. Crescendo just looks yummy and Serenade.. somewhat the same. 'Nuff said.

The voice actors did a good job with these two. Both are more or less equal to the Japanese ones in some sense (especially the battle quotes from Serenade).

Sadly you can't see Verbum: Expello from afar in this video (since the whole attack has amazing missile visuals).

I've just played this section of the game and  I am glad i waited for this instead of getting a 360...wonder if they come back later on in the game as Playable party members? Great RPG overall and great for muscians, with all the trappings.

Actually, you can't last I checked. PS3 has this stuff exclusively.

I can imagine witholding things in the release version, but I'd pay an extra $10(whereas the PS3 guys get it for free) for a DLC of this stuff on the 360. I'm a big fan of Cam Clarke(the guy who does Crescendo's voice), and was really, REALLY looking forward to this being released later as a DLC.

Yeah Serenade does get alot stronger, as for Crescendo all you need is to get his weapons from the EZI tower and he is great.

Also, the Encore mode for the PS3 is extremely hard, and more difficult then the 360 version.

Serenade's surprisingly cool. She's fast and can heal in darkness. I equipped her with the darkness brooch and she became my #1 healer, and it helps that she sounds so cool when she shouts, "Energie du Vent".

Crescendo and serenade are really cool but they suck horribly. Crescendo is pretty slow and his damage is average, he cant build echos, his special attacks arent that great either. Serenades moves are pretty cool but i cant bring myself to put her in my party because i hate her for slutting up crescendo. It sucks too cause i was looking forward to having them in my party :( Imma keep jazz hes fast and strong

That is an alternative costume.

I've finished the game twice now, and I have to say, I'm very disappointed with Crescendo and Serenade. They only have two attacks for pete's sake(well, technically 4, but it's just light and dark versions of both). Their final weapons have no special effects, and they both suck badly at building echoes. And they don't even join until right before the second to last dungeon. Oh well...

I haven't got the PS3 version, but I have a PS3 walkthrough. yeah, they join only at this mirror dungeon and after 1st count waltz.

The character that has the least L&D repetition, IMO, is Frederick, that'a a reason why I like him most.

Definitely do MU first. You get Party Level 6 there, which allows you to use six special attacks in a harmony chain- VERY useful on Encore mode. You also get 50 item slots which is nifty.
