@MTRVIDS Greg was diagnosed with Orthostatic Intolerance & very reluctantly stepped back from the group to regain his health. Basically it means his blood isn't properly circulated around his body. It's NOT life threatening, but stays with you. It can be treated with medicine & management and Greg said in Sept 09 that his health is great now. He returned to performing as a solo act & plans CDS & tours. Greg has an official fan page & fan club on Facebook with many recent pics & video interviews.

It's funny because you can tell they don't feel comfortable with hiring a new person. Greg played one of the main roles, and now look at it. The poor yellow guy is always in the back. Take 1:06 for an example. I can barely see him!

Greg DOES NOT have cancer. He has a condition called Orthostatic Intolerance, which basically means his blood is not properly circulated around his body. It is not life threatening, and along with medication you can learn to manage it. Greg recently said his health is great now, and he has returned to the stage doing solo concerts. On Jan. 26, Greg, Murray, Jeff and Anthony were honored by being given the Order of Australia for their work in kids entertainment and for their charity work.

The last thing they wanted was to lose Greg & he would never have left the group he co-founded & loved. The guys have been friends for over 20 years & would be appalled at your cruel & insensitive remark. Last month Anthony said Greg has the most unique & beautiful voice that is sadly missed & compared losing him to the Stones losing Jagger. He said Greg is a superb singer, songwriter & brilliant childrens entertainer. Thank God FOR Greg - for all he has done & continues to do for children.

I sing and dance to this whenever its on! lol its fun I know the words and the actions perfectly, same with Dr knickerbocker #9, one finger one thumb keep moving, toot toot chugga chugga big red car, getting strong,twinkle twinkle little star, over in the meadow,sandy beach, this old man, dem dry bones,shimmy shake, murrays little turtle, three little kittens, old dan tucker. The wonderful Greg Page was the voice of The Wiggles for sixteen years, and was forced to step back at the end of 2006 to work on recovering his health. He was diagnosed with Orthostatic Intolerance. As co-creator and co-founder of the group, he loves The Wiggles, and said this the hardest decision he had ever made. He has come back to the public arena lately, and did a T.V. interview in July, looking healthy & handsome. He is recording a solo CD, and is still working to work to get even better.
