  • This was a ROM in La-Mulana :)

  • They shouldn't have skip Chain, he was a great oponent.

  • feedle, chain and fan were absent on cpc version.

  • From this game, Onloong, Buchu and Blues are the most memoriable characters.

  • Respect!...one of my favourite at that time!! Peace

  • Yi ar Kung Fu was copied from Super Street Fighter IV AE.

  • Vaya tela!!! La cantidad de horas que he jugado a este juego!!!!!!

  • really? she wasnt in the ocean manual(i got this game with a compilation of games including batman, crazy cars, sorcery, etc.

yie arkung fu 2 was not so good.

  • her name is tonfa i believe. She iis in amstrad version and has green suit.

  • One character is missing. It was a lady with a fan if i'm not wrong. On spectrum version she's present, but not here. I think she appears after clubman.

  • yep, good game, i rembember that after 99 levels the computer counts "A1,A2" or so on, i was very good. but you have difficulties with the first fighters!

the c64 version is much better, the figures are faster und move better.

how so oft, was disappointed, when i watched games an c64 and then bougth them for my amstrad

  • The best tactic was to jump over to the side of the screen then trap them against the boundary. Then you just roundhouse the hell out of them and they couldn't move. Cheap, yes. But still, a wins a win :)

  • You lost to Buchu! Even after 10 years of not playing this, I could still remember how to beat Buchu. While he's in the air you can kick him in the stomach easily.

  • I know im weeeak ;D

  • How can you lose against buchu? He was soft as shite

  • Best way to beat this game is to trap them in the corner and keep kicking 'em. Never fails. :)

Great game too, I used to love it! Thanks for posting.

  • I was like 6 years old playing this videogame, and I agree with the blisters... Damn controls.

However, the game was pretty good for those times... man I feel old! :)

  • Beautiful. Literally had blisters on my hands playing this. I think that music will be engrained on my mind forever. Thanks.

  • I've heard the music playing on this game in another place? Does anybody know the titles of the songs?

  • Well, the music is pretty much the same in as in the arcade game too. Cant recall hearing it anywhere else, but it may be a old chinese too perhaps. Programmers liked to "borrow" old tunes at the times, especially if its old enough to have no copyright (like greensleeves).

  • haha great game. but you kinda suck at it lol. thanks for the memories.

  • Well it is over 20+ years since i played the original. Could barely remember half the moves when i recorded this :D

  • this was one of my best games

  • I wonder what would it'd be like if they did a Yie-Ar Kung Fu followup for next-gen consoles?
