boil tripe for up too 2 - 3 hours cover tripe with either water or milk thats how ramsay says to do it my mom use to cook this for us every 2nd week so was a treat and she made it with a white sauce .. mmm

My comment is the same as everybodys - how long do we cook it for - the video is called "How To Boil Tripe" and yet you don't tell us...

you let it boil, then you dump the water and water the strong flavor from it, then you add ginger, green onion and salt and bring it back up to a boil and then turn it down to let it cook for another 20 min on low flame.....
