First it's not sampling IF HE DOESN'T FUCKING SAMPLE. Sampling would be using the EXACT melody and synth with the author's permission clearly this is not that. Not to mention that when I fist started using Ableton (the program used to create both of these songs) using "Operator the built in synth this was one of the simplest and easiest to make. Do you think the first person to use a guitar should 'sue' everyone who has used one since? No, there are only so many sounds you can make.
