Bulgaria Greece border crossing

Even though the Greeks gave you grief on the way out, they didn't even look at your pasport on the way in. As that is the entry point into Schengen, I think you might have avoided all the hassles at the Greek border with Turkey if you had presented your British passport. I doubt whether they would be allowed to give EU citizens so much trouble since EU citizens have free movement.within the EU.

OMG I am absolutely fascinated by borders myself and find the whole prospect of them kind of like a portal into a new culture and language and people; which introspectively they are :P I enjoy your videos as I myself don't have the luxury of borders, coming from Australia, although shall be leaving this rotting country for that beautiful continent of yours Europe soon! :D

does anyone klnow why at bulgarian borders they stop you 2 times (one time on the bulgarian side and one time on the romanian/greek side, whiie at the romanian/hungarian side you are stopped only once?

@Plovdivsko I went to Bulgaria with a bus and noone asked me for anything since they saw that I am Greek...I was feeling like I never gone from Greece. Police only checked for Illegal immigrants in the bus. If I were with my car I would only need to show my ID card for confirmation. Borders between our countries are actually been abolished for first time after the Byzantine period:)

Hi, Bulgaria is the best for me among all.. they are also have the strongest ancient history near Varna.. Maybe Bulgaria is not just your type of country.. you like those country which are very adopted to modern civilization... for me those not that develop and preserving good culture and cultivating their lands are better.. ;)
