That's nothing. I saw the Fairies at Kensington town hall back in the 70's. The door was manned by a group of Hells Angels. The bass player was painted green head to foot and ate lit cigarettes while performing. Twink was on drums and did a drum solo that went on for about 2 hours before he literally passed out onstage from exhaustion. When Punk Rock made the scene about two years later, I thought ''nah, I've seen all this before...''
i enjoyed listening to this - i was never a big fan of this group when they were popular but what i remember is that i went to the same school as darren sanderson brother - i think his name was Ian
