  • man this taste like poop; just kidding, :] great dish! thanks for sharing.

  • Man, this is great but too slow. I hope you make it simpler next time :)

  • This is exactly how I make my phad thai too. This is authentic and the taste is just simply delicious. Thank you!

  • wonderful recipe! I had pad thai with chicken tonight at a thai resteraunt for the first time and I loved it. I want to try it with prawns next time. thank you!

  • Nice video clip, although a little too long. It could be better if you can make the beginning part shorter, don't take too much time filming all the ingredients slowly, and spend more time on the cooking part.

  • @Sinelynx yeap seems like almost everyone makes the same mistake of longing a video, 2-3 max or u lose me, video length is 2nd thing i care about. :)

  • pls do more videos! :-)

  • excellent! im gonna try that

  • This is a video by a true artist.. thanks.

  • LOL this is exactly what it looks like when i had Pat Thai in fine dining restaurant!!! what can i say, AUTHENTIC and LUXURIOUS fried noodle served right at your home!

  • hi nice recipe.........I LOVE THE MUSIC, can u give me some info/links on the artist?

  • Easily the best Pad Thai how-to vid on YouTube. Thank you!

  • Love the ingredients in your videos.

They're so authentic!... There's only one thing different I would do with this recipe only because is that once those fresh prawns are cooked I would take them out and put them back in at the very last minute while giving it a good toss.

I don't like over cooked prawns.

Any how that's just my two cents... I love you vids! keep up the good work!

  • I like the way you made tamarind water, it's easier than squeezing tamarinds by bare hand. I'll try this way next time. Thanks

  • olala..my fav thai food..

    i'll try to cook soon..

    luv d'music too <3 thank you :)

  • i wanted to thank you for breaking down the process of making the pad thai sauce by hand. very useful. i now no longer need to purchase the pre-fab sauce at the store.

can you please upload a tom yum kung recipe and also the name escapes me...coriander cold seafood salad recipe (lots of lime lots of coriander assorted seafood Yum salad maybe?)

  • this is single handedly my fav dish to eat in the whole world. now with this i can the authentic version at home. trying this soon.

  • Your video looks fantastic. Thanks for showing us step by step how to make pat thai. Great demonstration! I will do it for my dinner today. I'm wondering if you can show us how to make Thai beef noodle soup with green salad (very yummy!). Thanks very much.

  • Wow I loved this video! 5 stars!! Very Authentic

  • Thanks for Authentic recipe !! I Love making Peoples International recipes to try at home !!

  • i am glad you enjoyed it, now, please don't forget to tell me how it turns out for you!

    cheers

  • 5 stars for this dish.

  • Why do you need both white sugar and palm sugar for the recipe?

  • the white sugar adds a sharp sweetness note to the fragrant round sweetness of the palm sugar. remember that on of the Thai food basics is the creation of many layers of flavors all mixed together giving an harmonious flavor....keep me updated with your exploration....

  • Thank you so much for your reply. I really like your videos and your food looks authentic compare to the other videos I've seen. I've already subscribed to your chanel. Keep up the good work with your videos.

  • One thing you forgot is the preserved radish, but other than that, phenomenal

  • hi takadi, i am using the preserved radish.... you may have missed it.....i am adding it just after the shallots in the beginning of the frying process....:-))

  • ahh you're right my apologies.

Btw, does it make any difference when you stirfry the ingredients? I always was taught to put the strong ingredients like dried shrimp in the beginning

  • You may.... It depends on the saltiness of the dry shrimps. if its too salty, than by adding it early on the dish might get out of balance,,,,, that's why i am adding it later on.... being on the safe side with the saltiness and also, it preserve the dry shrimps texture,,,,

  • Your cooking VDO is the best!

  • Mate for a farang your cooking skill and presentation in this video are exceptional...I have never tried pad thai in my many visits to Thailand, but tonight I am gonna try this and when I am there again in 3 weeks I'll try it again thai style. Keep up making more videos it was a joy to watch this and will be more of a joy making and eating it. It looks similar to the recipe I have in a thai cookbook...cheers
