@kingwak42 Pretty sure they just bought them up from various thrift stores and so forth. The movie only cost 100 dollars as I recall.

Yes, most of the figures were purchased from the clearance section at Kay-Bee toy stores back in the late '90s, and a lot of the set pieces were found on trash hunts around Boston/Cambridge, MA.

This is an action figure movie. By it's very nature, it is not intended to be taken too seriously. It was a silly toy line, so we made a silly movie. Ripley was "quoted" on the toy package as saying "The only good alien is a torched alien." Stupidest line ever! So we had to make that movie. Get it? Try to have fun watching or don't bother, but don't think i'm trying to make a cannon film here. We were just having some fun.
