Luambo Luanzo Makiadi will still be remembered and his TP OK Jazz for a longer time than any other musicians we ever seen or heard in the Arfican soil
nasepeli na nzembo oyo makasi merci papa franco okotikala na memoir na ngai ti liwa de la bonne musique j'ai 20 ans mais nalingaka ba nzembo ya franco makasi
I have often wondered why Franco's music is so....so moving!....And I am still wondering....Bless him ..for the joy he has brought us and continues to bring with his music
@gigbanoi reason why Franco's music is so moving is because if you think about it its orgasmic...its starts slowly, speed builds up than whoam!! horns go crazy and the song ends like that...mixed with catchy tunes, its great music.
Luambo remains the greatest musician Africa has produced. Only if we understood the language could we appreciate him even more. I remember when he died Sam Mangwana gave a moving account of this maestro on BBC Africa Service. Could some please translate this great song for us. Scholars need to write about some of these songs for posterity. LONG LIVE LUAMBO LUANZO MAKIADI -- you fans miss you greatly. Sleep well son of Africa.
Did Kiamwangana Mateta play in this track?

Tala babeti ngai mpe babetaka nzoka na nzete....... Look, they are canning me the way the beat a snake with a stick......
Franco azalaki ba misiciene tres proffesionale... the instrument arrangement is great.
The message in Francos songs should be shared for education purposes.
RIP you are still alive in us.
